This website has no forms, accounts or comment sections, so we do not collect information through the site itself. If you call us, we collect what you tell us, such as your name, address and a description of the problem, so we can book and perform the work.

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call or email us instead.

Website technology

Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows maps from Google Maps, so Google may receive your IP address when those load. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use and share information

We use what you tell us to schedule, quote and perform plumbing work, and to follow up on it. We do not sell personal information. We may share details with a subcontractor or supplier only as needed to complete your job, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@expressplumbersaratogasprings.com. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.

Children and security

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
